I resigned from my last job last December due to issues with my team leader. It’s because he really did not support his team members when it comes to difficulty in problems in the office, So what happened is 8 of us in his team resigned immediately and my team leader was reassigned to a different department.
I just have this thought that after I send a resignation in December through email to my team leader he immediately accept it. Then he told me to wait for the email from HR for the clearance form so I can get my Certificate of Employment.
But it’s been 2 months since I resign and until now they did not send me the clearance form. Is there a possibility that my previous company terminated me?
Email the HR again, maybe it’s just incompetence on their part
I have sent emails to HR for almost 2 months for the followup of clearance form but they did not respond
It’s time to go there in person and demand it. It’s not right how much of your time they’ve wasted
