I quit my corporate job a few months ago to start a slow life and live in suburbs. I so wanted to end my city life and start a new slow life asap because living in the city with my corporate job was stressful. I worked 12-14 hours a day, every day. Various shift timings screwed my body clock and my social life. I decided to start my own business with the little savings I had without thinking too much about the details. Now, when I started to talk to a CA, GST, company registration, trademark, website design etc. I realised that there are many costs involved that I overlooked earlier. I know a business takes time to pick up and with the savings I have, I wont be able to survive for many months as I had assumed. I’m searching for work from home jobs now so I can make money until my business picks up. I am unable to find work from home jobs with a decent pay that’ll cover my rent and other household expenses and am stressed that my dream of starting my own business is going to remain a dream. If I don’t get a work from home job, I may have to start going to offices to work and then I will not have time for my own business.

Creating a successful business is much like building any sound structure. It takes diligent research, careful planning, skill and expertise. What’s even more daunting with startups is that you have to wear many, many hats until things finally take off.
