I panic and overthink a lot for almost everything. I have to attend family dinner tomorrow and I’m stressing and worrying about it. I don’t want to go but it will seem very rude. I’m just thinking and stressing about it since evening

Yes. I’m not doing anything for now, I see myself as a failure. I haven’t achieved anything in life so I avoid meeting people

It’s fine if you aren’t doing anything now. I completely understand that you’re afraid that they will judge you, comment etc. But does that matter? No. Believe in yourself that you will be successful one day, and you will. 💙

Tbh about me. I haven’t achieved anything as such. People my age are doing jobs, masters and me? I’m still struggling to get my undergrad degree. I feel like a loser
