I overthink a lot not because I want to cry but cause little things affect me a lot and things matter for me. Idk why even if I am hurt and dying to talk to someone I am unable to just because I don’t want to disturb someone or make them tensed by my problems.

I myself being an overthinker, can understand how little things might bother you. What I do when I find myself continuously stressing over a little thing, I try and divert my mind. I listen to music, watch random standup videos on youtube, basically, the idea is that I start doing something that I like and that keeps me engaged. I would suggest you divert your mind whenever you find yourself thinking way too much about a minor issue.
Regarding not being able to talk to someone, your friends who genuinely want you to be alright will never feel tired of your problems or with you venting them out. They will never feel like you are disturbing them rather they will try to make you feel more positive and good about yourself. Just talk to your friends whenever you feel like something is bothering you, you don’t need to worry about them feeling tensed, your real ones will never feel bored or burdened by your talks. Just let it out and every time you will let it out, you will feel better.
