I never have imagined in my life that i will show this kind of behaviour with my work. I really open the stuff and sit but then end up scrolling through it. My own disappointments making it more stressful. So many things going but these days I know studies more important and I should do that only. My own thoughts are giving me hard time. I tried to listen motivational videos, Healing weaves and so not, these things help till I listen to it after that again in weird mind. I feel hopeless. I really fear this me. Heavy thoughts disturbs my stomach and health. So there’s no thing is good in my life rightnow. Shame of not completing work, guilt, anxiety doubles triples as the days are passing. I couldn’t sleep because of this and in morning my mind calms down and it sleeps I miss lectures. I know I’m draining my own energy. I really want to complete my work. Please help me what should I do. I know worrying is not helping but how to stop all the thoughts which are going in. I never share much whats going inside me because i feel why to disturb others while you can’t help your own self. But I really need help.Please

I have no right to say this bcoz I’m not a coordinated person myself but divide you time if you have so much to do , bare with it some days you’ll definitely have your days once you are done with this stage if you are stressed out or wanna give think of the reason why you started in first place

Write down top ten things which you feel is important, make sure you mention things which is part of your life currently for example if it’s any thing work related then just write work, study and so n so forth.
Then filter it and have quick glance every morning before leaving your home… sooner n later you ll get the clarity n your efficiency improves. Once you sort your things you will understand that what to prioritize. And yes don’t forget yourself n keep thanking yourself for being brave enough to face all this… you will find success n clarity together :)

idk if i can be of much help witjh this buttttt… i had felt the smeeeee and like i have been trying to do certain things… you could do it along with me… and like that way ,…we could maybe positively reinforce each other and like idk… idk if it will properly help but something is better than nothing and this thora is also more than enough for me right now … so you ready oye ?? hehe

so these are small small things which actually ACTUALLY brings a bigger impact , ek din do din mei nhi… but at least week mei okay ?

1. TIMETABLE - hectic wale nhi pleaseeeee … keep it short and tiny initially … ki dekho… ye 2 subjects every monday…tuesday is this subject , wednesday is this… plan the subject type but not the amount or portion okay … pehle to do this… just the type of subject or work per day… basss itna hi

2. before you sleep, just look at the timetable ki han acha ye subject krna hai kal… bas itna hi

3. when you wake up… PLEAAASEEEEE DO NOT USE ANY PHONE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR… haath hi nai laganaa… it actually helps… instead , subah uthte hi just look at the timetable… ki okay this subject… phir pick up any topic okay… and phir just for like 2min bas thora sa plan it out ki… again… keep it short … plan it out like… chalo 10min ke liye i will read 1 page… keep it short , dont rush it out okay ? …
ab try to read in those 10minutes and jab , for example , you dont finish reading a page in those 10minutes , be like… chalo page start ki hai to khatam hi krdungi/krdunga and by this , you end up studying for more than 10 minutes yaayyyy and agar if this keeps continuing… trust me… limit barh jata hai… coz uk whattttttt i have reached 2 and a half hours :') trust me… do this for a week , try to , sincerely , 2 pages hi , 10min hi ,… bas try… it will surely help

coz for me… i wasnt able to do anything tbh … but when i started … i was like… bhai 1 page to ho raha hai which is still better for me than doing nothing…

plus i did something really extreme… tum ye sab parho pehle phir batati hu 😂 ik i type a lot…sorry hehe

pllussss the most extreme thing that i did , which sounded lame and weird to me earlier but i gave it a try and that helped me was…

record a time lapse of you… trust me this sort of helps
1. coz you stay away from phone . why ? coz its recording you
2. at times we tend to actually focus . why ? coz our mind gets conscious that something is recording us so we try to stay in our best state sort of
3. the satisfaction after seeing it… ahahah beautiful and yea it made me feel ki… yaar orr lamba krte hain and thats how i did mine

also , as , bcuz of you i got hyped up and motivated , if you want someone to keep a check , as in , like me asking ki oyee yaar aaj ka kya hua and then idk… but uk …when uk someone’s doing something along with you, you also try doing it and maybe this would actually help… idk
