I need to kill this emotion, I felt like unwanted. Inconsistent replies, really really trigger me my traumatic experience in relationship. Why do I encounter this kind of men in life. I got 4 times unlabeled relationship, almost of them is not proud having me. They just keep me.

This post doesn’t say much about your exact issue but I hope this advice helps…I tried the whole “I don’t need feelings” things and it’s just a waste of time. We’re human and we’ll always have feelings, but you can always choose how you deal with those feelings.

Feel angry? That means you feel wronged, either blame someone and move on or try and figure out what is wrong and fix it. Feeling sad? You feel unheard or unwanted, same thing applies. The problem is when you feel absolutely hopeless, but even hopeless just comes from repeated action = the same awful response.

After 4 times of the same thing, maybe take a step back and try something new. Avoid those same relationships and focus on helping friends, parents, or strangers for a bit and see how that goes. Kindness is proven to generally help your mood and health so what’s there to lose?

@blacksheep… what a username, I feel you dude/dudette/non-gendered-dude. If these guys are causing you pain, cut them out! It’s hard as hell to do, but hopefully it’ll help you. Let them know that they’re hurting you, that you need better. Give them a chance to realise, but if they keep being dickheads, ignore them. Look after yourself, OK? You are so so important, I promise :)
