I need pov
I m a finance graduate , i graduated in November of 2020 i thought i will continue with my masters after that but due to some circumstances i couldn’t so i hav etrying to get job in finance sector since December which is very very difficult process i got rejected alot of times . So just to try my luck i applied at a bpo/kpo sector job in a prestigious MNC i got till interview level in that . But it wont count as experience in finance i thought of doing this for way to earn but i read its review online and some people said it is a fine job but no skills are learnt or anything also working hours are very hectic . So i dont know what to do should i go forward or not . Would it benefit me to be in bpo/kpo feild when i want to devlop my career in finance .
Please do keep current conditions of job market in condition.

Try for internships.

Exactly, try for internships, cold email 100s of company HRs everyday, dont just copy paste stuff, get to know the needs of the companies you are emailing and check if you are adding value or not. Its gonna take a bit of time but you gonna get there. Network with employees of the companies you wanna get into on Linkedin. You want a career in Finance so working in a BPO would be a step backward.

Yes you are right but its really very difficult rn , specially off campus , I thought i will do this job for 18 months and then i will go for mba or any other pgdm by collecting all the money i saved from this job.

It is not that difficult bud, im in my 2nd year of college, cold emailed a few companies and got an internship in finance itself. You ve got to think of the company aswell, its both way, you ve got to provide value. In my view, its gotten easier than ever, you can apply to a co based outside of India and theres no boundry as such, you can work from anywhere.
