A Complaint Free World" is the book name and one more book which I prefer which β€œExam Warrior” which is usually for exam stressed student but there is stress in everyone’s life so yeah.

I used to complain a lot too, I would work too but not that much… But now i dont complain and I work a lot more. i managed to stop complaining by simply maturing and being self aware, as in i dont like being surrounded by negative people who complain, so i will also try not to exude those same qualities. its better to have a positive outlook, or at least neutral. A negative attitude can drive a lot of people and opportunity away, so just practice speaking positivity and instead of complaining, have meaningful conversations about what is stressing you out and then, try to get help for it.
