I miss this person I was going out with a month ago a lot today (he who moved away and hence decided to call it off), and I keep thinking of all the people I’ve lost in life and keep breaking down.

Getting stuck to old attachments is like blocking the flow of a river until it bursts and floods everything around it.
One must release and let go in order to make room for new people and better things!!

Shared this yesterday and seems to be relevant here!! Whoever comes in your life may not be destined to stay forever!! Learn from the time you spent with those people …cherish the good memories and learn from bad incidents…so that things don’t repeat!! The planet has a population of approx 7.7 billion and most likely aliens do exist 😂😝why do you wanna stick to few people?? Just follow one rule:
When someone comes then say WELCOME
When someone leaves don’t let them stand on the door, just kick them off!!!

There are a lot of people to meet and enjoy life!!

Take things one day at a time…moving on can be a slow process but u will definitely come out stronger. I’ve moved around a lot in my life and as an introvert I haven’t made that many friends when compared to ppl who have grown up in the same place…so i reminisce frequently a lot of friends i was really close to but now i have no contact at all. As we grow we loose touch with a lot of people but the few people we gain help us grow as an individual.

Moving on could be one of the difficult thing to do . Easier said than done . But the good thing is you can come out from this. Yes you can…
Its okay to miss them , feel sad, cry, vent out. But ensure it doesn’t impact your daily routine or lifestyles. Do not rush . Take your time to come out of it
Now what you can do today

1 Call up 2 of your random friends / family person and thank them for being in your life. Don’t talk more . Just tell them that you felt like thanking them today and express your gratitude and tell them one good quality you like about them.Don’t message but talk on phone verbally. Please do it today only .

2 Bring your self 2 big chocolates or any thing your your favorite to eat… Ice cream etc. Pls do it today only …

3 Take a pen and paper.
Think for sometime.Write down 1 cause that you deeply feel about eg feeding stray animal. This is just one cause . You find your your own cause you passionate ant. Dedicate almost everyday sometime for 3 months for that cause.

Write down 1 thing you always wanted to do… Learn a language, an art, guitar, dance … Think and find out . Dedicate 3 months to it …

Pls do this…Trust me you will come out soon …
But pls do these …
