If you care and miss someone, then just rightaway ask about his/her well-being. Your care and concern should not be dependent on the other person’s reciprocation. You know your worth. You know your value. If others don’t care about you then it’s their problem/nature. You care about them and hence you should let them know that. One day, either one of you two has to break the ice. Why keep waiting for the other person to take a step ? Why not oneself take a step ? Go dear. Take a step and ask about each other’s well-being. Let not care and concern take over ego. Take care dear.

Checking on someone’s well-being doesn’t make one clingy. Instead it means one actually cares. And if people consider them to be clingy, then it’s their narrow-minded thought; Nothing else. You talk because you value your equation. If others misinterpret that, then it’s their problem. Not yours. Don’t judge yourself from someone else’s perspective. You know your truth. Keep your truth and dignity intact.
