I m confused about myself. What really I’m. Innocent or wicked. I m trapped in my distorted thoughts. I cant able to feel real feelings. Have No one to really understand me. To help me out what exactly it is and how to get rid of my virtual life and get back in real life. Looping around same habits. Low self esteem. No friends. No hobby. No goals.feels like im Selfish. Caught so much in virtual world due to social media that now real world idealogies fading and now confusing what to do. Want to leave . And deep down i know what to do what to not. But cant do as if i leave these then what else ill do to get myself and my mind busy or get pleasure
Adopted some bad habbits to divert my mind or to get pleasure. And now regretting on that too as again it feels bad but on the same time cant leave them as i have nothing else to do in life to be happy, to really enjoy happiness.

Hey buddy!
Everyone is confused where to go, what to do, but thats ok. Thats completely fine.
I would suggest you not to get caught into the bad habits you will surely regret them later when things get better for you and you will have no option to get them away.
Its just a bad time that is going on and it will pass for sure.
I just had a really bad month, drank a lot, fought with everyone, lost my friends, my family doesnt talks to me anymore. But thats ok.
Its only you that you have to get the things on place.

I will be your friend buddy, you just need to relax yourself a little, thats it.

Thankyou☺ u r kind. But im confused what to talk about. Messed up thoughts . But all i want is to feel alive. I used to talk randomly. As it gets all thoughts out of my mind and i feel relaxed. And came to know what was messing up in my mind

First of all
I want to tell you that you have been very brave about sharing how you feel out here.
It means you are able to understand yourself and you want to do better.
You will too once you start working on yourself.
When ever you feel you are having these intrusive thoughts ( they are called intrusive bc they are not in our control).
Tell yourself and address them as intrusive thoughts which are NOT REAL. YIU WILL HAVE STRONG uRGE TO FINISH THAT THOUGHT.
1. address tthat these thoughts are intrusive thoughts.
2. Start deep breathing techniques.
3. Start going for a 10 min walk whenever you ahve such thoughts.
4. Keep yourself busy with a busy time table.
This will help you on a long run.
And also your distraction with bad habits is giving you instant gratification (temprory).
You will do great.
It is absolutely alright to have intrusive thoughts. You will feel better.
