i love my body shape now but why i feel so damn insecure im just scared of gaining weight . my parent even tell me to eat more because they think im too skinny .why do i still want to that diet stuff when everyone telling me to eat more…

You are not your body, you have a body. You are that which is aware of it and not of it.

What you resist persists. What you hold in mind tends to manifest. Guilt and other negative feelings about weight and body will manifest someway or the other. You can’t sense your body, your mind does it. Thus, the body comes out of the mind and not the other way. Mind is not the brain in this discussion.

Easy trick to avoid weight loss is to never eat when you are hungry. Do not label hunger as Hunger, it’s just a sensation in the body. Drop all labels. Let go of resisting these sensations without labelling it. Do you resist and label your breath? No! It happens of its own and is allowed to come and go spontaneously.

Other trick is to not allow yourself to become hungry. Anticipate in advance and snack when you aren’t hungry prior to your normal eating time. Eating frequently in short periods and smaller portions.

Also realise that we eat to cover up our feelings. Food in excess is like a drug. Heal the suppressed feelings and there won’t be any overeating or weight-gain concerns.

Few minutes later when the sensation dissolves as you let go of it, you can eat or not-eat. It wouldn’t matter, because your thinking about it has changed. It’s the belief of eating which manifests as weight. Its the belief that sugar causes diabetes which makes one vulnerable to that condition. It’s the guilt and fear which makes one susceptible to anything.
Without these negative beliefs and feelings, one can remain completely healthy. The exceptions are the gradual aging of the body and propensities for diseases due to genetics and aging combined.

Because you link your happiness and your self image, after loosing weight everyone complimented you, you felt accepted and beutiful, you are scare that if you stop dieting you will gain weight and lose all that, you should go to therapy because you are probably starting to have an ED
