I lost weight compared to what I was in the morning so I treated my self with some ice-cream after I started eating I checked the packet and before my friend pulled it away from me I saw it was 312 calories it made me choke on the ice cream. I feel like I’ll gain the weight in the morning and I just feel like shit at this point. I mean what’s the point of starving my self for the better part of the day if I was going to throw it away anyway. I’m just trying to make peace with it as of now.
