I know this isn’t the right platform, but this has been bothering me a lot so if anyone can give me ideas please do so. My brother studied Hotel Management and worked for The Oberoi Hotels for a years. Post that 1 year he was at home and then the pandemic happened. Now he’s working from home for some company just so he has some income.
What next???
What should he do? Everything requires a lot of money. For example studying abroad or literally anything. His resume is just 1 year of experience in his relevant job field. What is something that he can opt for ?
He can look for a new job in the hotel industry if that’s what he’s interested in…

I worked at Oberoi’s for a wee bit after my grad… but I already have intentions to emigrate… this was 6 years ago…
Kudos to him for pulling off an entire year… its really exhausting… that place!

Yes. The reason he left was because he was mentally and physically exhausted. If you don’t mind me asking, where are you planning to migrate and are you going for further studies ?

I can totally relate… I had fever 104 and was in terrible shape… also happened to be my last day of work there…
I already had my visa when I started working there… I’ve been overseas for 6 years now… that was my first and last job in India…
Any suggestions you can give for someone with the same background?

A lot has changed in terms of immigration for most countries…since…
at this point Canada seems ideal to go as a student… most other countries have closed down their borders…
Take some advise from an agent but do your own research about different countries immigrations laws first… to be sure they don’t push you to go to colleges where they get a high commission but does not help your brother in his career…
