I keep creating fantasies . I create situations where I m completely happy and surrounded with people who love me unconditionally. I imagine it to be PERFECT. I was fun and exciting at first but after a long time it exhausts me . I start imagining it unknowingly. I try to be mindful but eventually I start to feel boring and start imagining to entertain my self . But I dont like it . I want to be completely in the present .it’s just exhausting and it’s raising my expectations from future which I hate.

I have been through this for long.
This mind wander will go eventually, if we practice. For me music helps alot, just tune in headphones with loud music or just keep talking to people this helps me to be in present. Hope it works for you.

Make yourself busy in other things so that your mind will not get diverted in making such bubbles of imagination. Sometimes I also think of good stuff to fall in sleep early but making a habit of anything is not good. You can do a lot of stuff to divert your mind like book reading, watching movies, talking to someone who makes you feel happy without imagining it though.
