I feel you. Just try to understand that happiness isn’t a way of life, but a part of it. You can’t be always happy, you will have up and downs. But that is what life is about, about getting stronger with the “downs” and enjoy the “up”. And also, try not to care that much about what other people say and think, I know it’s hard, but baby steps can get you somewhere
