You can be, anytime you choose to be.
Just start by giving your peace and yourself a priority.
Because nobody can make you happy other than yourself. You know you, more than anyone else. Other people can make you happy but just for a while. But depending on yourself is for a long run.

Do whatever you want to do. Take rest and never feel guilty about it.
Just force yourself and your mind for some hobby you love or used to love.
Give yourself just an hour of you and your thoughts.
Believe me, this worked for me and will definitely work for anyone and YOU TOO
