I just realized I’m not dating in a healthy way and ppl who get close see my anxious behaviors and attachment style and quickly run for the hills. And they’re right to do so. I need to not only confront my anxiety itself but also the roots of it. I don’t have enough, nearly enough internal validation. I still seek external validation far too much. Esp from partners or dates. It’s totally messed up. I’m prolly doing it now with you reading this. Sheeeesh.
