I just realized I’m not dating in a healthy way and ppl who get close see my anxious behaviors and attachment style and quickly run for the hills. And they’re right to do so. I need to not only confront my anxiety itself but also the roots of it. I don’t have enough, nearly enough internal validation. I still seek external validation far too much. Esp from partners or dates. It’s totally messed up. I’m prolly doing it now with you reading this. Sheeeesh.

Take your time to fully recover and then start dating, everyone has their own flaws, work on it if possible.

Always remember if you enter new relationship before completely healing from the past one, it will for sure ruin the new relationship untill and unless you are way too mature, you will always project your past.
