I just found out that all the assets my parents own all of them are under my brother’s name. I am not mad because he gets everything I am mad because he doesn’t deserve it he’s not a good person in the first place he yells at everybody in the house including my parents he has never showed respect towards them , always keeps blaming them for his wrong life decisions , every night he comes home late , drunk and God knows what all he does , he’s literally 26 years old and jobless I seriously wouldn’t have the slightest problem with everything I have mentioned above if and only if he was a nice person , someone good from within who helps their family , who understands the pain of others , who roots for them .
But he gets away with everything and since he’s the first child and the only boy child I guess he gets everything , that’s how the world is made even worse for a women.

I want to take ARTS after 10th but my parents are against of this they want me to clear mba exam and that’s beyond my capability bt they are not gonna support my decision I want to do hotel management or script writing but they are also against this they only want me to do mba or upsc idk what to do I can’t argue with them cause I am so scared from them it’s all so stressful

What I think you should do is firstly try everything possible to convince them but incase they just refuse to don’t be scared even if they ask you to get in science or commerce stream it’s fine I have had friends with the same problem and I am not kidding here but a friend of mine who had taken science got selected in Hyderabads culinary school after giving the exam which is pretty good you know obviously he didn’t have super good grades in science but he did well there
Anything is possible believe in yourself trust me you got this!!

This truly sucks. I mean yeah you can claim for equal share of everything they own in court but in my opinion courts just cause more pain. You will make out on your own anyways but maybe your brother’s inheritance is the only way he’ll ever have a roof over his head

You know he’s not good and it’s certain that your parents also know him well because it was them who had lived with him more, more than you rather they were with him even before he was born. And as you said his condition it might be that your parents are worried that what will he do if they go sick or anything happens to them. There must be something to support his existence. You’re strong you’ll work and earn but what will he do.
This might be your parents thought girl, parents are not always right I agree but sometimes we shouldn’t point their mistake at the very moment. Let some time go. They’ll understand what you’re thinking
I agree to some extent to what you’ve said but I don’t like the way I am being treated that’s why I vent it out here
