I just feel super tensed when small thing happens , i just dont know how to convince my brain. I will give a example i work good in the office like am good with all the necessary policies i mean people come up to me to ask but on the flip side i dont trust my decision and i miss i blame myself i mean i got an error today and now my brian is not thinking properly and am not able to remember normal policies also and am panicking and so fearfull that am making another mistakes how do i stop this i am fearful for everthing if anyone ask me to participate in dancing or anything if its in front of new people or lot of people i froze and i my brain doesnt function it feel lile i will faint but i wont and am the least interested person u will ever meet i dont have one quality i dont have a good dressing sense nor i can talk proper english or atleast i could talk my opinion out am just not liking myself i feel i am Dumb i cant take this y am i like this i dont have maturity or do i have any mental condition… Like look at everyone am at my age (22 ) are acheving so many things they handling finances and running business and know how to talk or as simple as doing one video i cant even see my face in mirror i dont know i feel like i have not acheived anything in life just living that’s it

so i presume you are a 22 year old man/woman…you studied in a normal english medium school…now in your work life…and i know you think you are an introvert

what you need in confidence.
1)go on a good site or read a good book to work on yr speaking skills…
2)converse with yr family and everybody around in english, not that yr mother tongue is bad, if u want confidence, you gotta imrove yr english.
3)im sure you are not boring, just if u can reply to me what are somethings you do on a saturday or a sunday.
4)please please whenever you have a presentation or a task, or anything be prepared, when you are prepared there is nothing to be afraid off.
5)depression is real but the cure is self improvement.
6)excersise if u dont that helps with your mental health too apart from physical.
7)read atleast one book every week.
8)if anyone asks you to dance, there no escape, try to stay and live in the moment.
9)you are not dumb you just need improvment.
10)you are still 22 you have a long way to go.
11)when you think everybody is better than you, it will make you take two steps backward.
12)just say “fuck it” and then do something productive…you will feel good.
13)read the 3rd point again.

Coming to your question on weekends some random things or like i draw mandala art or i will just try to do something or i just go out (thats very rare though)

Exactly…then focus on yr mandala art…even if you are ok at it…

if you are good at it:
start a website about your art, you maybe sell some (added source of income). or you can start an insta page abt yr art.

if you are not that good:
start learning an instrument, its never too late. the easiest and the most economical is guitar. trust me
