i joined a new college last year. ive been kinda sad for past few montha and i cut off everybody i knew. now, all this while ive attended online classes so it was okay, but now they’ve started physical classes and i dont want to go. one, im lazy and two, i think i still need some time to process things and all. i have the fear of missing out as well. can somebody help pleaseee? i wanna know if anyone went through this and what all did you do?

dude i get it. I have crushing FOMO to the point where i end up missing out anyway. There are few ways out that I know of but you need to put your mental health first though. If you don’t think you can handle it at the moment, that is fine. You might miss out a day but that’s better than missing a month from being burnt out. Hope this helps somehow!!
