I hear alott about this calorie deficit diet to lose weight…but I really don’t understand how and what to eat and how to plan the diet…if anybody could help 😄

Soak 5 almonds in water and 2 apricots as well. Both in separate bowls. Soak some fig in milk. All overnight. Have them in the morning. Rice, vegetables, dal are compulsory a meal every afternoon. Two roti in the night will relieve digestion stress. Try it out 🙈
