i have zero self confidence and zero self esteem am trying to build when the situation arrives i will hide away , i think every one’s opinion matters,but i dont support mine i always think am the wrong one. people i interact in day to day life have such confidence and they stand by their word .i tried once but no use this leads to self doubt and questioning myself which often leads to depression and i dont talk to people for days and then the cycle repeats again

hello i hope u are doing ok look i get it self confidence issues sucks but only you can help yourself out one day when youve overcome this you will realise how far you have come. do whatever u think is right for you deal with your insecurities once you have dealt and accepted ur flaws nothing can bring you down work on you for you

i also suffered withthis at a time i still kinda do but everyday i remind myself what im good at and how important i am and what my boundaries are whatever you say say it with confidence and that can only happen if u believe in yourself picture the person u wish to be and work everyday to become that

Hii, I get what you are saying, it feels hopeless, lost, empty when words are choked in your throat because of what others might think or you feel what if I am wrong, what will they think about me, and it just becomes an end less cycle which throws you into a deep abyss which can get so dark and helpless to come out of it.

I’m so sorry but you are mistaken at one part, not everyone is confident in fact it is the majority who isn’t. I won’t say it is cool to be in that position but it helps to know that you are not alone.

There are some tips and perspectives you must already be knowing I guess which will surely help you, because I can see the way you have written your message. You are strong and you can fix this. You can fix this for forever and I know you can do it. We can talk about these perspectives along the way but there are some questions you would like to answer? They might help?

What is your life setting right now? What do you do? You’re hobbies if any?
How your each typical day goes by?

What makes you believe that you are not better or at least equal to others?
What are the thoughts, feelings, behavior by you associated to self-doubt and this idea, belief of yours?

Hi! I can totally relate right now too. A lot of people around me and those that I look up to are really goal oriented and have such confidence but it feels really scary when I try to do that. Actually a lot of people who appear confident are actually nervous too. Try asking yourself β€œIf I fuck up here, how bad will it be?” And then maybe you will find it won’t be so bad.

Personally, something that is helping me is deciding situations that really matter to me and taking a firm stand then. This helps me answer to myself even when nobody is standing with me. My face gets really hot and I am very embarrassed. But the next time I am ambiguous about something and bring myself down about it, I remind myself of when I did do something.

For more concrete tips, others have really written some wonderful points that might help you get more clarity. (I get its so hard to actually do them even when they appear easy!)πŸ™ˆ
