I have wanted a few areas of my life filled and sorted since I was 5-6 years old. And after 30 years those are the exact areas that are still empty.
I entered into spirituality so that I can find some peace and answers and a magic wand to wave and get those blocks filled. Sad truth is I’m still where I was.

It’s not that I am not grateful for the life and the things I have but j can’t let go of what I don’t have. In the hope and wait of those things I have stopped living my life and have stopped being me.
I’m sad about what I’m becoming and frustrated and angry that I can’t seem to pull myself out of this much and I’m seeing my self getting more comfortable in the misery yet not able to live like this.

It’s appreciating that you are trying to let go
But maybe you want it all in once, take it slow, a lil for everyday
Think of things you are grateful for, appreciate yourself for lil efforts even like getting out of bed when you didn’t wanted to etc.
Also the main prob is that you are still living in the past
Focus on what life is offering you “now”
Also meditation helps in this regard
You can try 5 to 10 mins a day

🙂 I already do all that but I’m still not able to move past it. It’s like I have gotten stuck. And honestly I think I’m just venting right now. I don’t wanna keep the hurt and pain inside me anymore. I’m really tired of pretending that I’m ok

You can vent here as much as you want
I’m here to listen :)
Also that’s what makes you feel stuck; not staying in the present
Meditate, close your eyes, empty your mind from all the worries, just for 5 min, say to yourself “My past cannot hurt me unless I give it the control and I have no control over my future, all I have is my present”
Then try to listen the sound of your surroundings and try to move on to the next sound as the seconds pass by
I’m not sure if you are getting it
But you can tell me if you aren’t

I understand what you are saying but I don’t wanna do it. I want to be out of this situation for once and for all but I’m tired being here in the mess and so so so wired to be like this that I don’t want to do anything myself about it.
Just wish for a magic wand to appear and resolve everything 😔

In other words you are disappointed and hopeless
First step will be seeing the positive side of things, it will help lighten the grey clouds over your mind
Then you will be motivated to do more and more and eventually would be out of it
Think about it later rn your mind doesn’t seem to take any advice and that’s totally fine
