I have this guy I snap with at times. We dont say anything we just snap. I want to get to know him cuz I find him very interesting and cute. But I dont dare to make the first move. What do I do?

I guess you can try sending snaps with some poll or questions! But I suggest if he’s single and seems even a tad bit interested, you can just connect over a chat which will be way less time and mind consuming.
