I have Social Anxiety issue and overthinking issue since 7-8 years. Before it was not like that. Suddenly it developed inside me. I am not able to concentrate and focus on anything. Everytime I try to focus I go in past or start thinking about the future. I have so much social phobia that I am not able to connect with the people and also I have no guts to ask stranger even if I want to which other person easily do. This things made me very depressed. Only negative thoughts pop-up in my head. I want to make friend and change myself but how I have no answer for it. This thing feels like battle for me.

Don’t worry yaa , firstly try to claim your brain yes it’s not that easy u have to practice every day , yes thoughts will enter your brain just you have to avoid negative and accept positive thoughts and analyse it . don’t be frustrated

Which is exactly what I am tooo…a overthinker with an introvert personality…makes you to think negatively even when some positive things happens

Telling this from a person who experience the same… We won’t be able to do this tomorrow, or suddenly when something pops up onto us. We need to do this day by day. Starting from the people we are close to. Starting to open up our thoughts without giving a care to their reaction. We need to do this for ourselves. We need to motivate ourselves, support ourselves and finally at the end of a conversation, congratulate ourselves for taking a small step.
