I have social anxiety I don’t really have a way to help it but I do eventually over come it. my sister’s friend doesn’t Marijuana to deal with hers & for a few weeks now my sister has been pre pressuring me to do it but I don’t want to. when I tell her I don’t want to, I’m having an “attitude”. I’ll find my own way😣

I do too smoke to calm myself. But it doesn’t work for everyone. It doesn’t work for a friend of mine. You don’t need to heal yourself with anything but therapy my friend, that is if you’d benefit from it (you’ll have to see to know) and if you’re so against it then let her say you’re having an attitude, you can tell her to educate herself before shoving solutions up for ass without knowing anything about things.
I didn’t start doing to help me, but I stuck to it because i realised it helped me with my hyperactivity and anxiety, and i could be myself. You do your own research, what all can help, there are apps too that can help and also maybe going out with someone you can trust can help you ground yourself in unfamiliar or social places. It seemed to help me before. This is all i know, now go ahead learn about yourself and hope you find the best solution for yourself.
Take good care of yourself. And ignore your controlling sister. (I already hate her cause I have someone like that in my life too who keeps on pushing me to do shit because they heard it from someone they know or read it somewhere and not actually understanding what me/anyone as an individual needs)

Hey, you are totally right. It’s not the proven medicine for anxiety or depression. Never do it if you don’t want to. Some people who used it for anxiety are more sad and anxious now, it can used for creativity but not anxiety.
