I have social anxiety disorder and it is getting bad day by day. I am scared to talk to anyone. I just sit inside my room without talking to anyone. I do not feel like living anymore. What is wrong with me ?

itsk i get so anxious that i start feeling nauseous. but that’s fine. dont concentrate much on yourself. practice mindfulness bro, and dont let negative thoughts enter. take the first steepp, and talk therapy can help bro tbh. you should go for it
