I have realised that we often take things too personally in life, n due to this we suffer. I have suffered for many years but now I have understood that life is just life- whatever happens is not in our control nothing is, so its better to accept n move on than to cry about what u lost n blame yourself for it. There are some things like our talents, gud friends which we get without even asking, we just have them so similarly we should accept the wrongs of our lives without overthinking it, we should learn from our past n not burdern ourselves with it. Nothing is in our control so its better we learn to enjoy life n its moments right now n not live in the past or future, we should pray n meditate- for people with depression n overthinking n anxiety issues meditation is the best medicine trust me I have tried it so please meditate. We are all in this together
