I have mixed feelings . Due to anxiety i have a habit to see and get the things faster . I need everything to run fast .
Now this looks easy but its not honestly when a am in a bad situation or just had an argument with someone or pissed someone out i want to fix that immediately and many people get irritated by it .
If i dont do it faster if i cant convince them or just make them understand me it gets even worst . I cant sit and wait it to better . This is time when i get thoughts that am impatient too. Okay thats again a worst situation idk how to deal with it.

Firstly you have to understand you can never rely on other to fix yourself or your anxiety

Machaa, chill. See, the thing is everything has a perfect timing, doing it faster or late will only ruin the moment. what i try to do is, i try to put myself in other’s shoes. when i am angry it is obvious that i can’t get that clarity to be in other’s shoes. i just walk away from the situtaion and engage myself in any god damn thing. for me it is music, try to find yours. and when you cool down you will realise when is the time to apologise to them.
