I have low self esteem bc I dont kno how to take care of myself. N I lost a lot of friends bc I was acting up. My anxiety n ptsd from getting abused from my parents came back. I’m also abusive and like to take out my abuse on someone. Life is not all happy. Have to be strong and move away. My dads older sister family are not good people. I hope I dont meet like that. Welcome to life where people are mean and unkind. You of have yourself to take care of.

Yes you have to take care of yourself
And your trauma was not your fault
But it is your responsibility to heal
And it doesn’t seem like it but there are good people in this world
And i met one of the most amazing people in my late 23, the ones who accept me and appreciate me for who I am
And ig the 1st and most important thing is to start being there for yourself to start accepting and appreciating ourselves unconditionally
I ve often heard that traumatized children dream of someone coming to rescue them
And later do they know that person was their future self.
And apart from this i m really proud that inspite of all the given circumstances how best you are handling it, i don’t think i would have been able to survive of i was in your place, you are actually pretty amazing.

thank you. I was talking to a toxic person he was putting me down and he had guns. I blocked him. for some reason he was nice to me in the beginning. But I’m not taking his crap.
