I have gone through sexual assault when I was 13. I never knew I was traumatized by it way too much until like 2 to 3 hours before. I want to get over it. Can someone help me with it???

I know how it feels, and tbh you never can really overcome it. It’s going to stay with you unless you lose your memory. It’s a sad thing that happens irrespective of age. I hv gone through it multiple times and ukw it started when i was in 3rd or 4th grade…i did not really know it untill 12th grade when counselor was talking about child sexual abuse…it’s been so many years but still any guy near me and i go blank and i have no solution for this.
