I have come across people who are very good at managing stress. I have seen these people to always be calm and chilled.
Can you guys suggest ways to regulate one’s emotions and to not take a lot of stress even in high pressure situations?
I heard yoga and meditation helps a lot, haven’t tried it yet, I think you should give it a go.
I too plan to start meditation soon
