I have been wanting to be in therapy for a long time I have had really tough time in concentrating and sort of have no feelings like happiness or anything it sucks and I don’t wanna involve my parents so I am juss stuck in a huge limbo

ever since I have been thru a breakup I juss am not myself anymore and I juss keep putting an act that I am okay and ppl believe it honestly is so exhausting I juss feel like I rlly need help I can’t feel anything it’s juss I am breathing in a dead body and thank you for hearing me out
It’s okay dude it’s just life sometimes the people we like don’t like us back or their feelings gets changed so all we can do is move on I know it’s hard like really hard but it’s just life it’ll not always keep you happy so keep enjoying don’t let anyone ruin it❤️

Hey, therapy is not only for severely mentally disturbed people, anyone can go for therapy to release stress and bottled up feeling. You can infact go for therapy without letting your parents know there are mental health initiatives that helps people and even provide pro bono therapy :)
oh wow fr? I have been looking thru for therapy online and all of them ended with me asking my parents consent :/
I actually got mine free and without parental consent, they didn’t ask for it at the first place(for the context I’m 19)
