I have been stuck at home for almost 2 years since Covid ,it’s sucks without having no one to go out with,i keep myself happy by doing the things I love…I’ve got bored of it too …honestly…I feel so lonely…also the things (traumas) I thought that I have healed from is haunting me again…what do I do ?where can I go?what did I ever do to deserve it ?

Umm I can understand. Keep yourself busy. Study, work…and it’s normal for traumas to hit back again it doesn’t mean u have not healed. We all have bad days n nobody heals 100% just the effect lessens. Try understanding what triggered you n work on that. Make some friends, try socializing we’re humans and humans are social animals. And don’t expect everything will be normal after reading my text or just by applying it for one day. We all want quick results and that’s where all our misery comes from. So take it one day at a time. One thing to figure out. I’ve been doing it and it’s not going great but much better than panicking n being anxious all the time. So yea hope this helps
