Aa yeah, I’m not the only one now πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but yes if i can fix my self so can you, so listen carefully okay , you listening , don’t plan whole thing plan just 1 task (try to make it small) and if you can’t and somehow you make it a big one then just Split that task into chunks and pick anyone that you like. Or just go with jai mata ji pick one small now either you can force yourself to do that you make your mind like its small task i should finish it quick , not like that ki its a small task and i have plenty time I’ll do it later , don’t do it like that trick your mind just for once and when you start one small task every other small task will automatically be on there way and you won’t even notice . Simple boom
