I have an exam tomorrow. I’ve been so unprepared for an exam. While I do know that such exams do not have any real consequences, I find it difficult to not feel disappointed in myself. I feel like I’ve completely ruined something I could’ve easily achieved. I know I could’ve done better and I can’t help but feel helpless and unworthy.

Hey what’s done is done, try not to do it another time and wake up early tomorrow and prepare as much you can!

You are worthy of everything that you have right now. It’s ok you are not prepared, finish your exams and then prepare and then ask your teacher to give you outside questions and write it as your test this will boost your confidence. And it’s ok sometimes the environment is not with us and you can’t study. The great thing is that you know that you can do it. That is more important
