I have a strict routine to stick to and sometimes i slip up like today. I dont count calories I just have specific things i need to avoid eating, like starchy and sugary foods. Especially processed food. It’s so hard to avoid because people are always offering it to me and i give in. I hate it. I have to decline more often but im stressed and hungry
