I have a habit of doing shaq on people close to me. I do the same thing with my boyfriend and it irritates him a lot. I try not to ask such questions full of doubts and ask for reasons $ explanations for everything.
But could not help myself.
Did you tell him that you have this and is there any reason why you are having can recall anything which can be the reason of shaq like any incident
Yes , he knows it. I really don’t know how I developed this kinda habit. I realized it when he first time reacted on it . Then I recollected the incidents and found myself doubting everyone around me ,even my family members.
I can’t accept the things how they are said until I get a reason for it.
And now he gets irritated of Giving explanation for every single thing and I overthink when he doesn’t give the same.
See girl ik this bcz I have to do this with my femal bestfriend and sometimes I also get irritated by explaining everything but if you guess like and if you think he can tall rate this then good and he you trust each other then you should try not to do that thing ik it’s hard but start from small things
I think he can’t tolerate it now. He really gets angry on me which he never did earlier. It’s getting worsen.
I don’t know how to control myself not to ask stupid questions.
Then it’s better to end bcz then it can become toxic and you do not want that right
Doubt without reason is baseless and it shall ONLY stress you out. Work on this and you will be fine. Do not doubt without evidence
