If thats true ( that i don’t really believe and i am sorry for that ) she is perhaps too naive.
And no one can tell you how to win her trust back start again from zero no big gestures it’s all about doing small things over and over again.

I mean… It’s normal for her to feel this way. You clearly broke her trust by cheating on her, she does not deserve that… You should talk clearly about everything with her, answer her questions and clearly work on gaining her trust again if you like her as much as you seem to do. Ask her if she’d be okay with you trying again and if she’s not then respect her, and let her go. That’s the thing that’ll prove you truly love and care for her.
