I have a gf , she is the sweetest most beautiful girl.i love her soo much i cant tell u. But i have a problem i overthink soo much.
I dont have many friends due to covid i dont have a job no money no friends to talk to. Soo i delend soo much on her to fix me and my anxiety. I know its not right to put soo much pressure on her.
She had not many friends until recently, now.she has a new group they seem to be good people its just whenever she taljs to them she enjoys it soo much i just get soo mad. I just hate it when she talks to them. Idfk why maybe i am jealous?
I had 3 very good friends (bffs if u may)
But they are so distant now geographically and emotionally , i used to enjoy talijng to them now no one even texts for months om end , they found new people to call bff but i found not a single new friend. I just feel sooo sad about my life its so shit rn.
Idfk what to do. I feel so hopeless its soo hard living like this. Its takes soo much effort to even strt doing something.i domt want to rely on my gf anymore it just makes me feel like such a baggage on her. She seems to be doing fine and when i talk about myself sje gets a little sad and it feels like i live such a sad life. I dont want her to know how down i really am.idk
I used to be such a confident. Ik i can do shit but its just not going my way it keeps getting worse i domt evem habe good clothes to wear when i talk to her she talks with me. I feel like she is always wary that i will have another panic attack to get mad at something or another. It just makes me loathe myself evem more for making her feel such a way.

I guess happiness is in our own hands most of the times. U need to figure out and get busy with your daily activities. May be reading, gym, going for a walk, hobbies etc etc….check something that interests u. U can always look out for some meet up groups to find out people who share same interests. I understand this Covid times suck…but u got to figure out something that can keep you engaged and happy.
Remember it’s not only u who is effected in current scenario…so U should start focusing on positives. You should be happy to see your girl being happy…because u love her. Take her advice if required or speak to ur family or cousins. But just start doing something instead of being low all the time. The best thing is you already know ur weakness which is overthinking…so put a full stop to it and try to divert.
