I have a female bestfriend who takes care of me and supports me whenever I need it the most. I do the same and we chat a lot everyday and the day we don’t text each other it feels awkward and boring. What is it? Is this what a bestfriend’s friendship is like? Or what is it?

I think this is a friendship, but if you are having second thoughts i think you need to go back and look at your feelings. Are you asking this question because you want it to be more?

It is rare to find someone who you love to be around and talk to. I think it is more common for that to be a significant other than a best friend these days. The thing is, all relationships are different and unique to each person. I cant give you a yes or no answer because you know that yourself. I think you should take a day and see if these feelings are one of love like that of a family member or that of someone you want to be by yourside in a more partnership manner
