I have a crush on my friend since 3 years. I even told him last month. He didn’t react and also not answered anything. Let me be more clear. Being a boy, I like my friend who is a boy. He is currently searching for a girl to date and I am feeling so lonely, depressed since many days. I thought to break the friendship too but he has a habit of telling about his girls to me. It’s not possible for me to break the friendship. I just listen about his girls and at night, I cry a lot.

I’m really sorry to hear that… It must be hard for liking someone but not able to have their feelings returned. This happens often, and there’s really not much you can do. It’s hard but you will have to either put down your feelings for him and move on or stay with your friend, still liking him but suffering from all those.
But either way, don’t let them disturb you too much because of your feelings and know that you still have your life to live on and there’s still many people you can meet-!
Three years are a lot for me… It’s difficult for me to move on suddenly and also difficult to be his friend and listening to all his flirting stories.

Yes, time is the problem, so just take your time to move on slowly, and if needed, stay away from your friend and do what’s the best for you
