I have a compulsive overeating disorder (wrote it was BED but I was confused because I’m just diagnosed)
Gosh I can’t stop eating right now
I’ve been holding on very well throughout the day, until 5pm where I am now feeling the urge to eat and eat.
I’m gaining weight after a week and I don’t want to eat but I feel the urge to or might go insane
How do I make it stop?

I do hope I somehow get it under control, when I don’t eat it’s almost like if I am angry or going mental, it’s really hard for me to block it off before I get hands on any food :(
