I hate this place. And i hate human minds. A place where an ounce of doubt, a drop of hate overpowers an oceans worth of love. Where a moment of weakness can destroy years of strength. I hate this place.
Why cant people see the good in themselves.Why do they only see the uglyness. And they cook up uglyness that doesnt even exist. And noone can convince them that that uglyness doesnt exist. Why are we programmed to believe others perspective of us and not our own. Why is it so hard to believe that we are good. I hate this place.

If you are really looking for an answer for this than I think it’s what consider under mental illness, probably because of the way some was raised or how he/she was treated as a kid by parents or relatives or friends or even by teachers, and it is hard for us to suddenly believe that we are actually good enough because we have been suppressed for years about our mental being and we ourselves have suppressed it through hard layers of self doubt so it takes time may be months or years and it can be done properly with the help of a professional, if you see someone suffer from something like anxiety and depression try be there for them but also do as much as you can from your side to help them get the help they needed don’t try to fix them yourself, it could break you from the exhaustion, and if you get to realise that you are the person that’s suffering, don’t hold it back share with your loved once and it’s completely normal to ask for help just like you would ask for help if you get high fever or something.

But if you weren’t really asking question than i would say you have some good writing skills.

It’s so sad that you’re having such a hard time right now. Fortunately, even though the pain you’re suffering today feels unique to you, it actually isn’t-

“What has been is what will be,
And what has been done will be done again;
There is nothing new under the sun.” -Ecclesiastes 1:9

This means that if others in similar or even worse conditions found the help they needed to take control of their lives so can you. Question is, what are you willing to give up to become the very best version of yourself?
