I can relate to and I work on any of these things to come out of it
1) Either i will make myself so engage in something I love to the extend that I can’t have time or energy for any thoughts
2) I do some mirror excercise where I praise myself and laugh out those negative thoughts
3) counter attack those negative with positive thoughts in mind.

Thanks for the tips i really appreciate it! Actually that’s what i do. I exercise a lot so my mind will get exhausted and not think of anything.
