I had faced the same problem last year.
I visited a psychiatrist nd gone fr treatment.
Few things I will like to tell u
1 have faith in urself
2 Start loving urself
3 Nd be a fighter
U will overcome all the odds.
Try to do meditation nd start yoga or exercise on daily basis u will get relief frm stress nd anxiety.
