I HATE being socially awkward…i can’t hold steady conversation (ie;small talk) to save my life! It’s like I try to interact with people and I just don’t get the same energy my family friends get who all for the most part are generally good in the social department…it’s not that I wanna be like by everybody because it’s just unrealistic but being socially awkward tends to also cause overwhelming thoughts of insecurities I wake up everyday hating myself because the moment I step outside I know I’m gonna be the wired guy who don’t speak or smile I’ve tried all measures to try to overcome nothing works I guess I’ll just always be weird 😔

i can make you sure its completely normal. i have 2 friends like this. i have few advices for you which i know they sounds clichés but they can really help.
1.talk in front of mirror and when u felt a little confident go in front of your family and parents. make this circle bigger step by step.
2.find friends who you can really trust and you are sure that they wont judge you. Make sure that you choose talkative and energetic people to hang out with. go out with them and automatically they will force you to talk . by the time you try to be just like them and you put your shyness all away.

Try to be more casual
Pls donot think so much
The person u are interacting with is also human…
Try to keep ur interactions small
N simple…

Speak in the language u are comfortable speaking in
It okay to fumble…

U can try to have more written communications
That helps to boost ur confidence…
Chat with friends. N family…

Take small small steps
N pls donot take stress
Don’t go harsh on urself

U can also try to interact with service providers
Shopkeepers,staff in bank,offices etc etc
