Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

I had been in relationship for about 4 yrs. SUDDENLY I get a call from my partner saying her parents knew about relationship and she had broken up with me. But I cannot forgot her,I tried to talk to her but I have been blocked in all social sites. am worried about her as her parents are orthodox they are not allowing her to talk to anyone .My friends are saying forget about her ,even not letting me know about her well being. I don’t know what mistake I had made. Breaking up for personal reasons would have been understood but due to parents I am not able to digest💔 please help me out
