I had a college interview today and I felt like I didn’t do as well as I wish I could. I was nervous the whole time. I keep replaying the scenario in my head and I dislike the way I sounded. I’m overwhelmed and I think I’m having a nervous breakdown. The thought of not getting to this university just keeps getting more and more brutal to imagine.

Ahh thank u for ur reply. I do know that I can’t do anything rn and worrying is going to make my anxiety worse but because it’s the only university in my country that has my target major so if I don’t get accepted I’d have to go overseas, or wait a whole year to apply again, plus my dad would be so disappointed. But thanks for ur advice tho I’ll try not to overthink about it 😖😖🤘🏼

It’s in my country (SE Asia), well if I can turn back time my advice to myself is to prepare your mental energy and try to be calm, don’t think too much about what they’re going to ask you and take time to think about your answers before u answer it, show them why your passionate about getting into the college, hope this helps ❤️
